Belt Wear Gauge facilitates serpentine belt inspection.

2015-08-07 14:31:09| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Intended for professional technicians, Belt Wear Gauge helps determine belt wear by gauging material loss between belt grooves and providing instant pass/fail results. Tool can be used on any open, straight surface on belt and can also be used one-handed, on or off vehicle, and in places that are hard to see. Technicians press tool into belt grooves with light pressure and then attempt to rock gauge in lateral motion. If gauge remains tightly seated, belt has sufficient service life remaining.
