NTSB released investigative update regarding October 29, 2015 airplane fire during taxi of Dynamic International Airways flight 405 at Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport. Main fuel supply line coupling assembly, which disconnected in wing-to-engine strut above and behind left engine, has been retained for further examination. Dynamic International Airways issued Fleet Campaign Directive to inspect remaining aircraft to ensure proper installation of fuel line coupling assemblies.
