H.265 gets pushed forward with Broadcoms 4K-capable BCM7445

H.265, the next generation video standard, is moving forward as Broadcom announces a new quad-core ARM-based BCM7445. Sporting a 28nm process, Broadcom won't say how much it will cost. Unfortunately, that probably means it's expensive.
