The Austin-based company posted a quarterly profit of $852 million, or 1 cent per share, on revenue of $210.2 million compared with a profit of $1 billion, or 16 cents per share, on revenue of $152.5 million during the same period last year. On a non-GAAP basis, Cirrus Logic reported earnings of 68 cents per share versus analysts' estimates of 54 cents per share.

Thomson Reuters Books Revenue Increase

Thomson Reuters Corp on Thursday reported a 1 percent rise in revenue because of growth in its Legal and Tax & Accounting businesses. The news and information company said third-quarter revenue from ongoing businesses was $3.1 billion before currency changes, compared with analysts' expectations of $3.09 billion, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.

CACI revenue falls, contract awards up

Arlington-based government contractor CACI International reported lower quarterly revenue but received contract awards valued at more than it booked in the same quarter a year ago. CACI had fiscal 2015 first quarter sales of $814.7 million, compared with $864.3 million in the same quarter a year ago.

ManTech revenue, earnings fall from year ago levels

ManTech, whose quarterly results fell on a wind down of work in Afghanistan, says federal budgets have stabilized and will turn positive over time. Fairfax-based government engineering contractor ManTech International Corp. had lower sales and earnings compared to a year ago as the U.S. military wound own its Afghanistan operations.
