Universal-mount nozzle assemblies, available in T-Tip and atomizing configurations, use compressed air or gas to produce uniform liquid dispersion. Mounting system allows, in multi-nozzle line, one nozzle to be independently removed for quick-disconnect maintenance/replacement. Atomizing nozzles mix air and liquid supplied at line pressures up to 125 psi, and self-contained air cylinder provides controlled on/off operation at any desired frequency up to 180 cycles/min. Integral technology maximizes entrained airflow while reducing noise output to 75 dBA, and air consumption is 10.5 scfm at 80 psig. Precise amount of air is released through .015 in. air gap opening that is set with stainless steel shim positioned between body and removable cap.
