Deutsche Telekom outlines growth strategy, plans more cost reductions

(Telecompaper) Deutsche Telekom has updated its financial targets at a Capital Markets Day in Bonn. The same as the period 2014-2018, the German operator targets revenue growth of 1-2 percent, adjusted EBITDA growth of 2-4 percent and free cash flow growth of 10 percent on average per year over the period 2017 to 2021. In addition the company plans to to shift its dividend to growth based on adjusted EPS, rather than free cash flow from 2019.
