Frontier Airlines complaints are still soaring, says latest federal report

A new federal report shows that Frontier Airlines still had plenty of dissatisfied passengers as of March, despite its efforts to contain its soaring complaint rate. The Denver-based airline, which is owned by Phoenix-based Indigo Partners, had a customer complaint rate in March nearly eight times the month's average for the 13 largest U.S. airlines, according to the latest monthly Air Travel Consumer Report from the U.S. Department of Transportation.
