Wellstar Spuds Well In North Dakota

The company expects to have a 40% working interest in the well upon completion of the acquisition from a private Colorado corporation.

The well will be fracture stimulated and tested this summer.

The well was targeting the Mannville light oil.

The joint venture partner will participate in a two-well Mannville light oil drilling program at Redwater.

The well is presently producing 80 barrels per day of light oil and the existing well has produced 290,000 barrels of light oil so far.
