Apps included are: Bapp (Ziggo), Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Facetime, Google+, Hangouts, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Skype, Telegram, Twitter, UPC Phone, Viber and WhatsApp. It provides insight on download behaviour during last three months, which kind of Apps are downloaded and which of the mentioned Apps are installed on smartphones. It also gives insight in actual use of mentioned apps and appreciation from the users. Split is given for market, provider (Hi, KPN, T-Mobile, and Vodafone), age, gender, education level, pre/postpaid and type of OS (iOS, Android and other). This report is based on the continuous online survey conducted by the Telecompaper Consumer Panel over the past twelve months. Every quarter at least 6,000 consumers are asked about their use of mobile telephony, broadband connections, fixed telephony and TV, including details on their current situation, purchasing habits, usage and churn.
