RFaxis Debuts Pure CMOS WiFi RF Front-end IC

Fabless semiconductor company RFaxis has started volume production of what it claims is the industry's first and only single-chip/single-die WiFi/Bluetooth Front-end IC (RFeIC) in pure CMOS. The company also announced that it has sampled out the RFX8422, a drop-in replacement of RFX8422S, for applications that require reduced maximum package height of 0.4mm.
