Zoomlion confirms offer for U.S crane maker Terex

Feb 17 China's Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co confirmed on Wednesday it had made an offer for Terex Corp that values the U.S. crane maker at about $3 billion. Zoomlion is offering $30 per share to acquire Terex, or about 47 percent premium to Terex's Tuesday's close.

MarketWatch: Experts have affirmed that Tesla is putting its hopes to come back to profit on Model 3, as its lower price will attract more buyers. The Model S, a luxury sedan, was launched in 2012, while the Model X, an SUV/people carrier crossover, was launched a year ago. Customers will be able to make reservations online starting April 1st. Last year, Tesla spent $1.7 billion in capital expenditures owing to development of the Gigafactory and the Model X and had guided for lower capital expenditure in 2016....
