St. Asaph St. Patch photo, taken before store opening The Alexandria Police Department announced Monday morning it has made two arrests in a series of bomb threats targeting the Harris Teeter grocery store located at 735 N. St. Asaph St. in Alexandria. The threats were made between April 30 and July 20. The Harris Teeter received five bomb threats in all and evacuated their customers for each occurrence, according to police.
