Single-family home sales in Connecticut dropped 7.9 percent in November compared to the same month last year, according to the Connecticut Realtors organization, as sales dropped from 2,344 to 2,149. The median sales price of $247,000 represents a 2.1 percent increase in that same time period.

AT&T Inc. said Friday that it has completed its $2 billion sale of its Connecticut wireline business, fiber network, video and satellite business to Frontier Communications Corp. AT&T customers in Connecticut will now become Frontier customers. And about 2,500 AT&T employees who work to support the Connecticut business will be Frontier employees.
