Dow Chemical is fattening the paid leave it gives employees after the birth of a child as it becomes the latest major U.S. employer to rethink how it treats parents. The creator of Ziploc bags and Saran Wrap said Wednesday that mothers will receive a minimum of 12 weeks of paid leave, while non-birthing parents can get two weeks.

(Telecompaper) Apple Music has passed 10 million paid subscribers, six months after its launch, people familiar with the matter told the Financial Times. The service launched in over 100 countries last June and Apple said in October that it had 6.5 million paying subscribers. The company offers the first three months of the service free. Apple Music is still smaller than Spotify, which claimed last June over 20 million paid subscribers.
