Texas man killed in Oklahoma oil rig accident

The county sheriff's office said Thursday that 42-year-old Ernesto Rodriguez of Gainesville, Texas, died in the accident on an XTO Energy Inc. oil rig in Mannsville. Sheriff John Smith told KXII that a pipe was somehow forced out of a well hole and struck Rodriguez shortly after 3 p.m. Wednesday.
