We are currently looking for a Sales and Account Manager based in Brussels to look after our existing and future business with NATO and EUROCONTROL. Sales and Account Manager EU NATO Eurocontrol Task and Responsibilities To detect, develop and offer solutions from Sercos portfolio based on clients requirements. This will involve working closely with members of the presales team including solution design architects, bid managers, Commercial officers etc. Position Serco at client side and clearly articulate the advantages of choosing Serco as an IT services partner To support the bid teams during the whole bid phase in order to ensure that the clients requirements are met To recognize where standard solutions, SLAs, service arrangements or contracts need to be modified in order to win the business Support the business to protect existing revenues margins and handle business growth To propose revenue positive and profitable solutions to meet Client needs Understand key competitors strategies and address them as appropriate To build a partnership strategy to support the growth of the business To organize small scale focused workshops with the objective of positioning the Serco portfolio with the main decision makers from the client base, involving line management and other key colleagues where applicable To ensure a high standard of conduct, leadership and service as a Sales Professional in such a way as to result in client satisfaction with Serco. Experience Required You should bring the following essential skills and experience The individual will have a good knowledge of the NATO and Eurocontrol Accounts and will be able to use this knowledge to identify and quickly qualify opportunities within the account portfolio heshe is responsible for An ability to develop lasting key level relationships and to understand issues and relate the Serco value proposition to these issues, will enable the individual to develop high value opportunities The appointee will have the ability to clearly position the resources heshe will require to support hisher sales opportunities and will have excellent teamworking skills The appointee will be comfortable in leading negotiations at senior management level and will have the skills to close profitable business for the company in the shortest feasible timescale It will be important for the appointee to support the business through providing information such as information necessary to build an account development plan. Royal Navy participates in two-month Nato exercise

The UK Royal Navy's Merlin Mk3 helicopters, aircrew, engineers and support staff from 846 Naval Air Squadron have participated in the annual workout of Nato's Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, Arrcade Fusion 2015.
