To honor cattle producers who were impacted by Winter Storm Atlas in October, Zoetis has given a $100,000 donation toward the construction of the Cow/Calf Education and Research Facility planned at South Dakota State University (SDSU). Zoetis presented a check to SDSU to help fund the facility that will support industry education, research and current and future generations of cattle producers. CHS raising $400 million for North Dakota fertilizer plant

CHS Inc . plans to raise $406 million to help build a nitrogen fertilizer plant in Spiritwood, a small town outside of Jamestown, N.D. When the project was announced in 2012 , Inver Grove Heights-based CHS said the plant would employ 100 to 150 people and convert natural gas into ammonia fertilizer.
