Forget price cuts higher prices, better quality are the PC industrys last chance

There's been a lot of talk regarding the declining PC market, but price cuts simply aren't the answer to the problem. If netbooks are any indication, slashing prices now -- as opposed to improving product quality -- will only destroy the market more quickly.
