Optimized for pulsed avionics applications in 960–1215 MHz band, Model MAMG-001214-090PSM scales to peak pulse power levels of 100 W in 14 x 24 mm package. Under pulsed conditions, module delivers output power greater than 90 W, with 30 dB associated power gain, and 60% typical power added efficiency. Fully matched, 2-stage GaN module supports 50 V operation and up to 3 ms pulse width/duration. Device features LGA pattern for optimized thermal flow and True SMT assembly.
