When I first noticed the FuelCell Energy filing about director James D. Gerson resigning at age 71 after 22 years on the board, my initial reaction was one figuring that he was simply retiring. After all, the filing states in part, "The Board accepted Mr. Gerson's resignation and reaffirmed its support for the company's strategy and management."

A convicted drunken driver accused of leading police on an alcohol-fueled chase up Interstate 83 is now cooling his jets in York County Prison. Todd Kenneth Eugene Wolfe, 53, of Stewartstown, remains in prison on $20,000 bail, charged with fleeing police, DUI/4th or subsequent offense, disorderly conduct, careless driving and failure to yield to emergency vehicles.
