Commercial Procurement Support

HE Space is a successful international space company. For 30 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. We are currently looking for a Commercial Procurement Support to support our customer in Munich, Germany. Commercial Procurement Support Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the EGNOS Proposal Generation, you will have the following responsibilities Preparation of request for proposals Execution of tender processes Contract management of the subcontracts negotiations Financial management of the subcontracts Other administrative issues related e.g. to company procedures Analysis of Tender Documentation Schedule Management Contractual knowledge Export and Import Control. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant field or equivalent Several years of professional experience within tender preparation and execution Excellent knowledge in contractual issues, administration and coordination of a full set of subcontractors Fluency in English is mandatory the knowledge of another European language will be an advantage. This job is located near Munich.We are looking for candidates who are available from February 2013 or as soon as possible thereafter. Technical Procurement Support Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the EGNOS Proposal Generation, you will support the procurement department and have the following responsibilities KPI management Participation at reviews and meetings Definition of service level agreements Generation of technical requirement documentation Contribution to technical proposal Schedule and change management Risk management Additional work order processes Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant field or equivalent Several years of professional experience with space systems Professional experience with EGNOS is an asset Fluency in English is mandatory the knowledge of another European language will be an advantage.
