Dish Network said to be in early merger talks with T-Mobile

It quotes one of its sources as saying the talks between Dish, the Douglas County-based satellite-TV provider , and Bellevue, Washington-based wireless carrier T-Mobile are in "the formative stage." But the companies already have tentatively agreed that Dish CEO Ergen would be chairman of the combined company and T-Mobile chief executive John Legere would be CEO after a merger, the WSJ said.
