Silver Airways' weekday flights to Orlando will depart Charleston at 1:41 p.m. and arrive in Orlando at 3:16 p.m. On weekends, the Orlando-bound flight will depart Charleston at 2:35 p.m. on Saturdays and 2:40 p.m. on Sundays. The daily flights to Tampa are scheduled to leave Charleston at 12:20 p.m. and arrive at 2:10 p.m. A small regional air carrier allied with United Airlines and JetBlue Airways will launch the only daily nonstop service between Charleston International Airport and two of the three Florida cities on March 19, airport and airline officials announced Tuesday.

If low oil prices stick around much longer, the operations manager at Lac La Biche Transport Ltd. says he will have to layoff workers. Kevin Warawa says business in the town, about 200 kilometres northeast of Edmonton, is down by about a quarter compared to the same time a year ago and oilsands operators that hire his company to haul equipment are pushing for rates to be cut by up to a quarter.

Fort Smith Jury Awards Thousands To Trucker Fired After Self-Reporting Alcohol Abuse

A Fort Smith jury awarded a former truck driver $119,612 after the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit stating the worker was not properly accommodated after he self-reported alcohol abuse, according to a news release. The former truck driver worked for Old Dominion Freight Line headquartered in North Carolina , the release states.
