For Astrium in Friedrichshafen within the area Payloads Life Support Systems for the department Physical Science we are looking for an Electrical Systems Engineer mf. Electrical system engineering for the development of payloads and equipment on the ISS Overall electrical system engineering for the development of the diagnostics units and their electrical interfaces to the EML system Preparation and maintenance of equipment specifications with respect to electronics Review of the subsystem design and test procedures and results with respect to electronics Technical coordination between the Astrium system team and the subsystem developers with respect to electronics Point of contact to the customers ESA and DLR for all issues related to electrical engineering, electrical design and verification of the diagnostics units and their integration into the EML system Engineering support to the operation of EML on the ISS Analysis of facility behavior during operations Contribution to solution of nonconformances We are looking for candidates with the following skills Engineering degree in electrical engineering Profound experience in the field of electronics or software development Experienced in project environment, ideally in aerospace Teamoriented, independent way of working English fluent negotiation, German good If you are interested in this position, please apply online via www.jobs.eads.com.
