The 17-story Mobil Oil tower - also known as Pegasus Place - is being acquired by a local real estate investor. The 600,000-square-foot office tower and five other buildings on a 23-acre campus on Stemmons near West Mockingbird Lane are being sold by Irving-based Exxon Mobil Corp. A company set up by Dallas' J. Small Investments is buying the business campus, according to documents filed with Dallas County.
