Northern Water board sets 60 percent quota for C-BT Project

The water quota for the Colorado-Big Thompson Project was set at 60 percent. Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District board members said they set the quota at that mark to meet the water demands of the local agriculture industry and cities but also reserve at least some of its limited water in storage for the future.
