Ofcom has dealt BT a £6.3 million fine today after an investigation found that the company had breached the rules in securing a public sector contract in Northern Ireland between 2017 and 2018. Stora Enso in a 63m Consumer Board and Biomaterials investment

Stora Enso is investing approximately a 63m to improve its competitiveness in China and Sweden in the Consumer Board and Biomaterials divisions. The company has announced it will invest a 31m in a polyethylene coating line in a consumer board mill in Beihai, China, to begin operations in Q2, 2016.

High court rejects appeal over $63M judgment in Motrin case

The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal from the manufacturer of Children's Motrin over a $63 million judgment awarded to a family whose daughter developed a life-threatening disease after taking the medicine. The justices on Tuesday let stand a lower court ruling that said Johnson & Johnson should pay the judgment awarded to the family of Samantha Reckis.

Massachusetts court upholds $63M judgment against J&J

The highest court in Massachusetts has upheld a $63 million judgment against the manufacturer of Children's Motrin awarded to a family whose daughter developed a life-threatening disease after taking the over-the-counter medicine. A Superior Court jury ruled in 2013 that Johnson & Johnson failed to provide sufficient warnings about the potential side effects of Motrin.
