The nation's largest poultry producer, Tyson Foods Inc., announced plans to stop its use of human antibiotics in its chickens by September 2017. Arkansas-based Tyson has two area manufacturing plants - one in Union City, Tennessee, and another in Pine Bluff, Arkansas - with about 2,800 employees at the two facilities.
