Kroger is taking steps to convert a vacant building at 2450 Bardstown Road that formerly housed a Norton Immediate Care Center into a wine and spirits shop that would complement its grocery store in the Highlands. The company has submitted an application for the project to the Bardstown Road Overlay District, and the application says that the renovation would cost $135,000, WDRB-TV reports.
