Larampadinapoli: U.S. District Judge James Boasberg listened to arguments Wednesday in Washington, D.C. He says he will rule on the case by September 9. In its lawsuit, the Standing Rock Sioux tribe accused the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of failing to fully comply with the federal Clean Water Act, National Historic Preservation Act and National Environmental Policy Act when the agency approved the pipeline's construction on July 25.
