Supreme Court of Canada will not hear CN's appeal over coal tar pollution lawsuit

OTTAWA - Canada's highest court recently announced it will not hear an appeal from Canadian National Railway Company, which in 2014 had a 25-year-old lawsuit - arising from a requirement to clean up land polluted more than 55 years ago by coal tar - dismissed due to delay.
