Champions Named At 2013 National Western Stock Show Super Point ROV Angus Show

Angus enthusiasts led 329 entries at the 2013 National Western Stock Show Super Point Roll of Victory (ROV) Angus Show, Jan. 16-18 in Denver, Colo. Doug Parrett, Urbana, IL, evaluated the 246 females, 82 bulls and one cow-calf pair before selecting the champions. Sankeys Justified 101 claimed the grand champion bull title after first earning the junior champion title. Chris and Sharon Sankey, Council Grove, KS, and Foster Campbell, Bossier City, LA, own the January 2011 son of Sankeys Lazer 609 of 6N. read more

Angus producers competed for top honors during the 2013 National Western Stock Show (NWSS) Angus Carload & Pen Show, Jan. 19 in Denver, CO. Four carloads and 40 pens-of-three were showcased in the Yards during the 107th NWSS.
