NW District Sewer Replacement Project Construction Update: November 18, 2016 Night Work to Continue

The Portland Noise Control Office granted Environmental Services a noise variance for overnight construction at specified locations (see map) for up to five months on this project. Night work hours are 8:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Sunday through Thursday. If you have questions or concerns during night work hours, you can call the City of Portland on-site hotline at 503-823-6290. You can also contact the Portland Noise Control Office at 503-823-7350 or noise@portlandoregon.gov.
Tabor Sewer Repair Project Construction Update: November 16, 2016

The maps posted at www.portlandoregon.gov/bes/tabor show the anticipated construction schedule through December and look ahead through December 2. Work in each area will take a few weeks to complete and there will be periods of inactivity between construction phases.

SW Boones Ferry Culvert Replacement Project: Construction Delayed Until Spring 2018

Environmental Services is designing a project to restore the undersized and aging Tryon Creek culvert under SW Boones Ferry Road. The project will also protect a sewer line crossing Tryon Creek upstream of the culvert. In order to replace the existing culvert with a bridge, the project will close SW Boones Ferry Road for up to 7 months beginning spring 2018.

JGC wins contract for gas storage tank construction project in Bahrain

Tabor Sewer Repair Project Construction Update: September 16, 2016

There will be construction phases at each location; video inspection, saw-cutting, spot repairs, manhole replacement, pipe installation, lateral connection from each building to the curb, stormwater inlet replacement, temporary paving, final trench paving and restoration. There will be periods of inactivity between these phases.
