Understanding of and experience dealing with FAPVolumebased billing systems. Strong understanding of earth station design and engineering techniques as related to GEO and MEO satellite operations. Knowledge of standard earth station equipment, such as antennas systems, HPAs, frequency converters and baseband equipment.
