Phillipsburg looks forward to developing Commerce Park

At Tuesday evening's council meeting, Mayor Harry Wyant Jr. said Phillipsburg and Opus Investment Group, recently signed an agreement in which Opus will purchase 200 acres of land formerly owned by Ingersoll Rand.
