(Telecompaper) Apple has raised EUR 2.8 billion in a bond issue, according to SEC filings. The company issued EUR 1.4 billion of notes due 2022 with a coupon of 1.0 percent and EUR 1.4 billion of notes due 2026 with interest of 1.625 percent. Both the issues will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and are rated AA+ by S&P.
