Lufthansa sees boost from low fuel costs

Deutsche Lufthansa AG said Thursday that despite expected lower passenger yields, its operating results should get a boost this year from lower fuel costs and the German airline's cost-cutting program. As a result, Lufthansa said it now sees adjusted earnings before interest and taxes of over EUR1.5 billion in 2015, up from EUR1.2 billion in 2014.
