Nelson Peltz 's Trian Fund Management has recently disclosed that it has nominated four director candidates to be elected to the board of E I Du Pont De Nemours And Co at the 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Trian Fund owns some 24.4 million shares of the company, the stake represeting around 2.7% of the company and has a value of some $1.80 billion.
