McGrath Joins Cub As Houston-Based CFO

McGrath was most recently chief financial officer of Anatolia Energy, which was acquired by Cub Energy in June.

Just prior to this appointment, she served as general counsel of Pelicourt Ltd., Cub's majority shareholder.

Spring most recently served as CEO of Anatolia Energy and has over 29 years of experience in oil and gas exploration and geo-science technologies.

As a result of the arrangement, Anatolia became a wholly owned subsidiary of Cub.
