BIO, in reaction to transmittal of final rules for 2014/2015/2016 Renewable Fuel Standards (RFS) to White House Office of Management and Budget for review, claimed EPA will continue to undermine goals and requirements, undercut investment in advanced and cellulosic biofuels, and raise GHG emissions in transportation fuel sector.
