JOB DESCRIPTION Mission Analysis Support Responsibilities Duties Tasks The Mission Analysis Section MAS is a unit integrated in the Flight Dynamics Division of ESOC. Mission analysis activities in MAS address all those aspects of a mission which are related to the launch or the orbit of a satellite and to some extent also to the attitude of a satellite. In this context, you will be in charge of conducting the theoretical mechanical justifications in the static andor dynamic fields on launcher top structures developed internally mainly composite. You will perform the modelling analytical, Finite Element, etc. and analyses static, dynamic, linear, nonlinear, etc. with the department tools. In the test and qualification phases, you will also be in charge of test specification, followup and operation. The position is fully autonomous, under the authority of the sector manager. You have a mechanical engineering qualification or 5year university equivalent and can show initial experience of at least 3 years in the mechanical analysis of complex systems composite structures in particular.
