LA Times: A wildfire in the Santa Clarita Valley area has grown to more than 20,000 acres, prompting new evacuations Saturday for hundreds of homes in canyon areas, authorities said. Worker flown to hospital after furnace explodes at AK Steel

One person was taken to a hospital Wednesday just before 2 p.m. after a furnace exploded at AK Steel in Butler Township, Channel 11's Amy Marcinkiewicz has learned. Marcinkiewicz reported that the impact blew part of the roof off of the building where the explosion happened, injuring the worker.
