Sonoco Increases Common Stock Dividend by 9.4 Percent

The Board of Directors of Sonoco today declared a $.35 per share quarterly common stock dividend, a 9.4 percent increase from the previous quarterly dividend of $.32 per share. The dividend will be paid on June 10, 2015, to shareholders of record as of May 16, 2014.
