As Toyota Motor Corp. unveiled its new North American headquarters in West Plano on Wednesday morning, CEO Jim Lentz said the company's sprawling campus would help make its 4,000-member team even stronger. American Apparel files new documents accusing Dov Charney of 'violent, derogatory' behavior

Responding to a series of defamation lawsuits from founder Dov Charney , American Apparel Inc. , run by CEO Paula Schneider, has filed court papers disclosing graphic allegations of misconduct by the former CEO. The documents, filed Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, accuse Charney of "violent, derogatory and sexually inappropriate behavior," the Los Angeles Times reported.
