Bring batteries, scrap tires and hazardous waste to a Muskegon recycling event Saturday

A spring recycling event will be held 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 18 at 1350 E. Keating Ave. The event is free to Muskegon County residents. Business waste and house hold trash are not accepted, but residents may recycle many items that would otherwise be hard to dispose of properly.
