In order to comply with new French regulations i.e. II901 you will be conducting processes to gain accreditation in new Sensitive and Classified Information Systems, contributing your regulatory expertise to provide the TOII team with applicable regulation requirements, validating TOIIbusiness architecture proposals, processes and the organisational setup in the existing systems or necessary updates in order to gain accreditation, contributing your technical expertise to assess residual risks and coordinating the relevant accreditation dossier proposal in close cooperation with either IM or the Business security correspondent, working in close collaboration with the IMSEC French National Head to whom you will report, with the European team for international systems and local Information System Security Officers for classified systems, helping to enable Divisional European systems, ensuring that accreditation for existing systems is not withdrawn, managing a scope with not only IM managed systems, but also Business managed systems, This role will require that you are cleared at the appropriate level by the French Ministry of Defence and meet the necessary requirements to have access to Frenchprotected information. This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities. This role will involve some travel for business twice a month in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Engineering degree level or equivalent, ideally in information technology, 5 years of experience in information systems architecture, Initial experience in a similar working environment, related to security regulation. Good knowledge of applicable regulations from the French Ministry of Defence i.e. IGI 1300, II901, etc., export control rules, PSTN, etc., Knowledge of ANSSI accredited products, firewalls and proxy, Ability to negotiate and debate, Ability to detect the risks and vulnerabilities in architectures, Autonomy and communication skills, Negotiation level of French and advanced level of English. The Oakmark International Fund declined 3% for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, underperforming the MSCI World ex U.S. Index, which declined 2% over the same period. Most importantly, the Fund has returned an average of 9% per year since its inception in September 1992, outperforming the MSCI World ex U.S. Index, which has averaged 6% per year over the same period.
