For our activities in the ESA EGNOS Project Office EPO, we are currently looking for Requirements Management DOORS Support in the EGNOS Project Office. Tasks and Responsibilities The tasks will include the definition and the implementation of the requirements management processes for EGNOS V2 and V3 projects in the EGNOS and SBAS Division in Toulouse. In particular you will have the following tasks and responsibilities Responsible for the elaboration of the EPO Project Requirements Management Plan describing the requirements related processes and procedures to be implemented. In particular, provision of proactivity in elaboration of the processes from a technical feasibility viewpoint, based on previous extensive experience in the implementation of requirements management for other projects. Experience in requirements management in the GNSS navigation domain would be an advantage Driving the implementation of the requirements management processes including the organization of specific meetings, preparation of Change Notices and preparation of requirements related documents e.g. traceability matrices, Statements of Compliance Interaction and management of requirements management related activities with industrial partners including definition of requirements management process requirements, reception and delivery of requirements databases, assessment of traceability matrices and review of industrial work packages Preparation of and contribution to relevant change related documentations e.g. Configuration Management Plan, Document Change Notice, Baseline definition documents and participation in the relevant Change Control Boards The ESA project office uses the DOORS tool for requirements management. The required support services shall include preparation of the requirements for DOORS evolutions and the associated migration strategies and Interface with the ESA informatics support and information technology services Support System Requirements Management Processes Assessment of requirements management plan for implementation, definition and deployment of associated DOORS tooling including TREK and other modules if necessary. Liaison with industry and other external entities to define exchange mechanisms and interfaces and then followup with associated deployment and administration tasks to implement those exchanges Daytoday EPO DOORS database administration and requirements management support, including user account administration, backups, database definition, importing exporting, filters and views development dxl scripts, baseline management and generation, exchanges with industry technical teams for database import export of database elements Preparation of and delivery of targeted training and user guides for the users of the requirements management system typically book captains of requirements documents Contributing to the Quarterly Implementation Reporting and any other report as required regarding all the aspects addressed above Support to Project Office Tools Management On demand, general support to the management of other technical tools and configurable items including simulators, data collection and tools. Requirements You should bring a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent and at least 4 years of previous relevant working experience. Furthermore you should have experience in as many of the above listed tasks as possible and bring a high level of initiate autonomy, and professional maturity that is required to carry out complex tasks and high level of responsibility.
