The International Diamond Exchange is reporting that Alrosa, a Russian diamond mining company, is "close to signing a three-year supply contract" with Signet Jewelers Ltd., the parent company of Kay Jewelers and Jared the Galleria of Jewelry, for about $80 million worth of diamonds.
