Powered from 3.3 V supply, IQXT-210 Series offers frequency stabilities down to ±0.14 ppm over industrial temperature range of -40 to 85°C. Units typically draw 12 mA, dependent upon frequency, which can be specified between 10–50 MHz. Output can be specified as either HCMOS, 15 pF load, or Clipped Sine, into 10 kΩ load. In addition, oscillator can be specified to include various pulling range options, from ±5 to ±10 ppm and ±10 to ±15 ppm. Phase noise is -148 dBC/Hz at 10 kHz offset.
