BIO thanked Congress for including extensions and modifications of Second Generation Biofuel Producer Credit and Special Allowance for Second Generation Biofuel Plant Property in final passage of American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, which will incentivize investment in cellulosic and algae biofuel production.
